  Meet The Brewer: Wilderness Beer + Cheese Pairing
  Wilderness is a family-run brewery based in Wales, known for wild little beers and co-ferments, experimenting with new ingredients, seasonality, barrel ageing, and mixed fermentation.
  Helen from Wilderness will be joining us to lead you through a carefully curated beer and cheese selection, a delicious way to explore the wide range of wild beers Wilderness has to offer.

  Meet The Brewer: Donzoko Lager + Crisps Pairing
  Having brewed their range of rustic lagers around the North of England and Scotland for the last 7 years, Donzoko now has a permanent home in Newcastle, where they operate a copper brewing system, brewing a range of Franconian-inspired lagers and fresh hoppy beers.
  Reece will be joining us to lead you through a range of playful lager & crisp pairings as he talks us through the joys of brewing lager and drinking foamy pints.

  Meet The Cidermaker: Ross-on-Wye Cider & Perry
  & Herefordshire ‘Pintxo’ Party with Txokos!
  Ross cidermaker Albert Johnston will be on site for a cider and perry takeover.
  Meanwhile, Sheffield’s own Basque-inspired Txokos pop-up kitchen will be serving a Herefordshire-spin on traditioanl pintxos dishes!
